Returns Policy

Generally we will only accept returns if the item was not as described, for example if it was stated as working but it does not. This in theory should never happen because all items are fully tested and all faults (if any) will be mentioned in the item description.

If you find you have a problem with the item once you have received it just get in touch and we will do what we can to help. No returns on any item/s that are sold as untested, faulty or for spares/repairs

If we agree to a refund please be aware that we can only refund the cost of the item - we cannot refund postage costs and the item must be returned at your expense, suitably packed and with everything that it was supplied with. Upon receiving the item back it will be tested and if the item is found to be "as described" the item will be sent back to you with no refund. If any parts are missing that was supplied with it but the item is found to be faulty the cost of the item will be refunded minus the cost of replacing the missing parts.

RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF THE ITEM WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED, ITEM(S) MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 (SEVEN) DAYS OF RECEIPT IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION.

SOME ITEMS WILL BE SENT WITH A SECURITY SEAL ON THEM. IF THIS SEAL IS DAMAGED, BROKEN OR HAS ANY EVIDENCE OF BEING TAMPERED WITH UPON RETURN, A REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN.
